I've now at long last managed to get it up and running by adding both EZplayerPro and Superior 2.0 to my project via Insert Soft Synth.ĬJ - The suggested settings for the EZplayer MIDI and Audio tracks wouldn't work for me. What am I doing wrong?Īny pointers would be greatly appreaciated. I'm not sure if this is a factor as I'm not experienced enough with MIDI. I've also noticed that my MultifaceII's MIDI In light is illuminated but that the MIDI Out is not. I'm definitely getting my drums into Sonar (this being evident in piano roll view) and each hit is registering in EZplayer on the MIDI indicator to the right of the MENU dropdown. I've disabled Local Control on my TD12 which is set for the kit to transmit on MIDI CH10. Am I to access Superior 2's libraries via EZplayer? Thankfully, EZplayer shows up when I go to Insert>Soft Synth>vstplugins but Superior 2 does not. exe file for Superior 2 anywhere in the Program Files. However, I can't seem to find Superior 2 (or its GUI) anywhere in Sonar, nor can I find an. I am attempting to trigger Superior 2 with my Roland TD 12 kit. I'm using Sonar 7 PE with an RME MultifaceII. My problems in a nutshell are that I'm not getting a sound from my MIDI data and I cannot find Superior 2 anywhere.
